The location was incredibly convenient, being right next to the train station and easily accessible from Birmingham Airport. the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even assisting us with a minor issue with the digital lock. the room was cozy and well-equipped with an electric kettle, cookware, and a flat-screen TV, making it feel like a home away from home. Overall, the value for money was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the NEC or NIA.
